Mix flour, salt and oil in a bowl and add water to make a smooth dough.Just like poori dough.Cover it and keep it aside.

Heat a pan with oil, add garlic, and white part of spring onion.Give a stir in high flame.Add the veggies and fry for a minute.

Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and mix well.Lastly add finely chopped green part of spring onion and mix for a minute in medium flame and switch off, let it cool.

Make big ball with the dough and roll the dough into a big disc and use a small lid to cut into smaller discs.After that roll it again, to make it more thin.Keep some stuffing in the middle of the disc.

Fold it into momos shape.Steam it in a steamer spaced properly and cook for 5 minutes.

Spinach / palak has an extremely high nutritional value and is rich in antioxidant.It is a good source of vitamins A, B2, C and K. It contains magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium and potassium.

SPINACH –  1 1/2 cup chopped / no need to chop if it is baby spinach.

Boil water and add pasta and little salt, cook until it become soft and keep it aside.

Heat oil and add onion, crushed ginger, garlic and stir few minutes.

Add garam masala, turmeric pwd, coriander pwd, tomato puri and add little water.

Add spinach and cook till it turns a darker shade of green and add boiled mutter and salt, saute for 2 or 3 minutes.

Finally add pasta, low fat cream and mix well.
